Questions from buyers and masters.
The short answers. For anything else, the desk answers 24/7.
Which marine fuels do you supply?
VLSFO (max. 0.50 % sulphur), HSFO 380 for scrubber-fitted vessels, LSMGO at 500 ppm and 10 ppm, and marine lubricants, supplied to the ISO 8217 specification.
How do I request a delivery in Djibouti?
Use the quotation form, e-mail the sales desk or call us. Give the vessel name and IMO number, the port or anchorage, the ETA, and each grade with its quantity in metric tonnes.
Do you operate 24/7?
Yes. Bunker operations run around the clock so your vessel keeps its schedule through the Bab el-Mandeb corridor.
Which ports do you cover?
All Djibouti ports and the anchorage bunkering zones: Doraleh Multipurpose Port, the SGTD container terminal, the Horizon terminal jetty, the Port of Djibouti, Damerjog Liquid Bulk Port and the Port of Tadjourah.
How do you deliver?
Ship-to-ship from double-hull tankers at anchor or alongside (up to 500 m³/h, two products at once), truck-to-ship in every port, and by pipeline at the Horizon jetty for naval and vetted vessels.
What documents come with a delivery?
A bunker delivery note and a sealed MARPOL sample, as required by MARPOL Annex VI, together with the quality documentation for the grade supplied.
Why bunker at Djibouti?
It sits at the entrance of the Red Sea, directly on the Europe–Asia route. It is the safest port area in the region, chosen by foreign navies for their permanent presence. Bunker-only calls come at no additional cost, with quick supply and minimum idle time.

Planning a call at Djibouti?
Send the vessel, the ETA and the grades. The sales desk comes back with availability, price and a delivery plan. Day or night.
